Our dedicated team handles everything from deep residential cleanings to punctual airport drop-offs, ensuring your home remains a sanctuary and your travel days remain completely stress-free.

Cancellation, Refund & Service Policy

At Mamaz Maid Services, we value our clients’ time and our cleaning team’s schedule. To provide reliable service and protect appointment availability, the following policies apply to all bookings.

For the safety of our cleaners and your pets, all pets must be crated, secured in a separate room, or kept away from the cleaning area during service.

If a dog, cat, or other animal is loose on the premises and may come into contact with the cleaner, Mamaz Maid Services reserves the right to refuse or stop service. In this situation, the appointment may be canceled and the deposit will be non-refundable.

Mamaz Maid Services is not responsible for any reaction, illness, injury, escape, stress, or other issue involving pets related to cleaning products, scents, equipment, doors being opened, or movement within the home.

Access to the Property

Booking Deposit

A 20% booking deposit is required to reserve your appointment.

This deposit is applied toward the total cost of your cleaning service. The remaining balance is due as agreed at the time of booking or upon completion of service.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a non-refundable deposit.

Appointments canceled with more than 24 hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund of the deposit. Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Mamaz Maid Services reserves the right to cancel or refuse service if the property is unsafe, inaccessible, or if the terms of this policy are not followed.

Cleaning Products, Allergies & Fragrance Sensitivites

A key must be left in an agreed-upon safe location, or someone must be present to allow the cleaner into the property at the scheduled appointment time.

If no one is available to provide access and the cleaner cannot enter the property within 15 minutes of the scheduled appointment time, the appointment will be canceled and the deposit will be non-refundable.

Pet Policy

Clients must notify Mamaz Maid Services at the time of booking, or no less than 24 hours before the scheduled service, of any allergies, sensitivities, or preferences related to cleaning products, fragrances, chemicals, or scents.

If no product restrictions or preferences are provided, Mamaz Maid Services will use our own professional cleaning products and supplies.

Mamaz Maid Services is not responsible for allergic reactions, sensitivities, irritation, or adverse reactions caused by cleaning products, fragrances, chemical solutions, or scents when no prior notice was provided.

If the client requires specific products to be used, those products must be provided by the client and made available at the time of service.

Property Condition & Safety

Clients are responsible for making sure the property is safe and accessible before the cleaner arrives.

Mamaz Maid Services may refuse or stop service if the property contains unsafe conditions, including but not limited to:

  • Loose or aggressive animals

  • Biohazards

  • Excessive clutter that prevents safe cleaning

  • Pest infestations

  • Exposed needles or sharp objects

  • Unsafe flooring, stairs, or structural issues

  • Mold, bodily fluids, or hazardous materials

  • Any situation that puts the cleaner’s safety at risk

If service is canceled due to unsafe conditions, the deposit may be non-refundable.

Personal Items & Valuables

Clients are responsible for securing valuables, fragile items, important documents, cash, jewelry, medications, collectibles, and personal belongings before service begins.

Mamaz Maid Services is not responsible for loss, damage, or misplacement of items that were not properly secured prior to the appointment.

Fragile or high-value items should be removed from cleaning areas or clearly identified before service begins.

Damage Policy

Service Expectations

Cleaning results may vary depending on the condition, age, and maintenance history of the property, surfaces, stains, fixtures, flooring, and appliances.

Mamaz Maid Services will make every reasonable effort to complete the requested cleaning service, but we cannot guarantee removal of permanent stains, buildup, odors, mold, rust, hard water damage, or damage caused by lack of maintenance.

Additional time, heavy buildup, excessive clutter, or deep cleaning needs may result in additional charges.

Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled with more than 24 hours’ notice, based on availability.

Repeated cancellations, last-minute changes, or failure to provide access may require a new deposit before another appointment can be booked.

Final Agreement

By booking a service with Mamaz Maid Services, the client agrees to this Cancellation, Refund & Service Policy.

These policies are in place to protect both the client and our cleaning team, and to help us provide reliable, professional service to every customer.

Mamaz Maid Services takes care when cleaning each property. However, we are not responsible for damage caused by:

  • Items that are already loose, broken, unstable, or improperly installed

  • Pre-existing wear, stains, scratches, or damage

  • Improperly sealed stone, wood, tile, grout, or flooring

  • Client-provided cleaning products

  • Items left in unsafe or unstable areas

  • Delicate items not disclosed before service

Any concern about possible damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. Reports made after this time may not be eligible for review.

  • Appointment confirmations

  • Scheduling updates

  • Service reminders

  • Estimate information

  • Follow-up messages

  • Customer service responses

  • Important updates related to your booking or service

Message and data rates may apply. Any fees charged by your phone carrier, email provider, or service provider are the responsibility of the user/client.

Text Message Consent

By providing your phone number to Mamaz Maid Services, you agree that Mamaz Maid Services may contact you by text message regarding your inquiry, appointment, estimate, or service.

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP or by contacting Mamaz Maid Services directly and requesting to be removed from text communications.

After opting out, you may still receive necessary non-promotional communications related to an active booking, payment, safety issue, or service already requested, where permitted by law.

Email Consent

By providing your email address, you agree that Mamaz Maid Services may contact you by email regarding your inquiry, estimate, appointment, booking, service updates, follow-ups, and related business communications.

You may request to stop receiving non-essential emails by contacting Mamaz Maid Services.

How We Use Your Information

Mamaz Maid Services may use your information to:

  • Respond to your questions or service requests

  • Schedule and confirm cleaning appointments

Client Responsibility

Mamaz Maid Services takes reasonable steps to protect the personal information provided by clients. However, no method of electronic communication, website submission, email, or text message is guaranteed to be completely secure.

Third-Party Links or Services

Our website, forms, payment systems, scheduling tools, or communication platforms may use third-party services. These third parties may have their own privacy policies and terms.
